    School-Wide Behavior Support Team

Bailey's School-Wide Behavior Support Team is one of our strongest tools in helping to strengthen both the academic and social successes of our students.

The Bailey Team has also implemented programs such as the Bailey Buddies, Quarterly Award Ceremonies, and Student of the Week.

YMCA 21st Century Community Learning Center at Bailey Elementary

The YMCA program at Bailey provides before and after school care for students in grades kindergarten through fifth. As part of this program, students can participate in a variety of enrichment classes.

Parents are always welcome and encouraged to accompany their children and participate in these activities. The YMCA staff also holds special events, such as "Pajama Parties," where students in the program change into pajamas and before their parents can take them home they must read a story together.

Many parents from the Dorcas Family Literacy Program have children in the YMCA and are always encouraged to share their learning!

All YMCA staff members are CPR trained and certified in behavior management.  Teachers at Bailey work with the YMCA in the creation of new and exciting classes for our students.
