• Grade 12 Diploma Distribution and Collection of Materials | June 18th 9AM-12 PM

    Listed below are the protocols and your assigned time slot to receive your Diploma and collect items from your school lockers.  Please note the following safety guidelines that must be followed.

    • All participants will remain in their vehicle until called
    • Everyone must be masked and maintain social distancing - at least 6 feet at all times
    • Please come to your assigned time slot - all time slots are designed to balance safety/staffing
    • Students arriving at their assigned time will line up on the side of the school in the bus lane and proceed towards the rear entrance near the tennis courts
    • Please be efficient and keep moving from Step to Step noted below
    • Signs will be posted to guide students through the process
    • Again, this process will occur outside in the rear of the school 

     Detailed Steps in the Collection | Return Process

    • Step 1: Arrival Check-In and Proceed into Rear Lot
    • Step 2: Collection of Bagged Locker Items
    • Step 3: Return of Materials (If you have any)
    • Step 4: Announcing of Name
    • Step 5: Receive Diploma
    • Step 6: Exit and Head Home

    *Please note: Yearbook distribution and returning Items from Athletic Lockers will occur at another time based on an appointment system.
