    Google Voice

All educators will create a google voice phone number to support communication during distance learning. These will be posted on the school distance learning sites.

    Zoom

Zoom is a web based platform that allows for digital face-to-face meetings.  This platform is being utilized by educators to support live meetings with their students to engage in instruction.  In addition, it is being utilized to support school and district based professional learning, common planning times, and collaborative meetings.

    When using Zoom:

    • Do not make meetings or classrooms public. In Zoom, there are two options to make a meeting private: require a meeting password or use the waiting room feature and control the admittance of guests.
    • Do not share a link to a teleconference or classroom on an unrestricted publicly available social media post. Provide the link directly to specific people.
• Manage screensharing options. In Zoom, change screensharing to “Host Only.”

    Clever

Clever as an easy way for students to access all the learning applications they use at school in a single location: the Clever Portal.
