  • Welcome to Performing Arts! (Drama/Theatre)

    The Performing Arts include many different art forms such as dance, theatre, music, spoken word, and musical theatre! In Performing Arts students build and learn many new skills  including self-confidence, using their imagination, concentration and communication skills as well as problem solving. 

    ?Throughout this course, students will also learn key vocabulary terms, understand how to read and analyze a scripted works, performance techniques including vocalization, posture, facial expressions,  non- verbal communication  and build confidence in writing and performing scripted work.

    Students also have an opportunity to audition and participate in a Spring play of musical production through the AfterZone program! 2018-2019 School year students performed in Annie Jr. and planned for the 2019-2020 school year (pre COVID-19) was Alice in Wonderland!
