As an educational leader, he is committed to improving every day and applying skills such as building trust and communication to improve school culture and the lives of individuals within the school, families, and communities. For a school to be successful, Abdi maintains that there needs to be a high collective efficacy and all stakeholders, administrators, teachers, staff, students, and families are leaders and must be accountable for the pursuit of excellence.
