Each quarter, students are recognized and rewarded for their outstanding achievements in behavior, academic areas, and itinerant classes. Bailey celebrates students with an evening ceremony to which families of recognized students are invited. Awards are distributed for:
- Math Achievement
- Reading Achievement
- Good Conduct
- Library/Physical Education/Music/Art/Health
- Most Improved
